One night at 10pm a man was trying to get in & unlock the door. I said to him there was someone already in the room but then he showed me his key and he was given a key to our exact room! This is really a dangerous security issue, luckily our door was locked with the sliding bolt too so he couldn’t get in whilst we were in bed.But what if there was no bolt, or it was during the day when we were out?! so this really tarnished our opinion on what was otherwise, a nice stay.

I know it's not the hotels fault but I couldn't sleep at all because of the noise from the people above me. The next day I changed rooms.
